RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Please note that all sales are final! Please make sure you enter in your delivery details in correctly, as orders will be sent to the address provided as written and we will not be held responsible for items lost during transit.

CANCELLATION
In the unfortunate event that you change your mind, please contact us as soon as possible. Production will begin within 24-48 hours of receiving your order. Therefore, please contact us within this 24-48 hour window should you wish to cancel your order. Any communication received after 48 hours cannot be cancelled.

CUSTOMS & TAXES
MFA HAIR is unable to advise what customs charges may be applied to international shipments (UK excluded). Customs charges are applied at the discretion of the carrier and local laws. All customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and will not be covered by MFA HAIR. For more information, please contact the customs office of your desired delivery destination so you are not surprised by any unexpected additional charges before ordering.

Once the order is with the courier, MFA HAIR cannot be held responsible for unanticipated delivery delays, as this is beyond our control.
